The authors have developed a Learning Design Builder as a prototype enabling the testing of basic learning design. With the prototype, you can also demonstrate indicative unit costing and business modeling for micro-courses. The integration of a base unit of hours into the design process provides a powerful tool to develop indicative costing related to development and delivery of learning activities, assessments and resources, common understanding of requirements and possible student fee structures.
